- Job Title: Welder
- Pay Rate Range: $23-30/Hour
- Location: Rogers, MN
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM
- Position Type: Temp to Hire
- Minimum 3 years experience welding aluminum and stainless steel.
- Previous experience with both mig and tig welding a must.
- Previous sheet metal industry experience.
- Ability to accurately work with calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools.
- Must be fluent in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds.
- Standing for long durations of time.
- Use Word and Excel majority.
- Must supply own hand tools as follows: Protractor, Square, Dial Caliper, Tape Measure, Scribe, and Dead Blow Hammer.
- Utilize Mig and Tig welders to weld aluminum and stainless steel.
- Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Assisting in the assembly of parts.
- Other duties as assigned.
