Looking for someone from a strong, organized housekeeping or customer service background that is highly motivated to become an Assistant Site Leader in a new business space. They must be energetic, focused customer and employee that can smile, be warm, present and both oversee customer greeters and be the assistant to the Site General Manager, learning all their responsibilities. This is in the fastest growing retail service space and someone who is motivated can make very significant commissions if they have a kind and engaging personality. This co has brought a high growth level of service to an existing model. It's 20HR plus extra earnings. This business has created a Ritz Carlton type service model in their space.
They have promoted about 70% of hires from within and have a warm, inviting culture. They are opening up locations all across the Northeast. It is a specialized long standing industry that has been re branded to provide a level of customer excellence and differentiating service offering that is currently non present in other companies in their space. Must have a professional appearance and be pleasant with people.
Requirements:
1yr. greeting experience in retail or another setting.
Ability to smile, greet customers, and sell memberships.
