Awesome Bites Co. (nation’s 1st allergy friendly, vegan bakery and ice cream shop) is looking to add a Sales Associate / FOH team member to our awesome family. BAKE & ICE CREAM SHOP ASSOCIATE (aka Awesome Ambassador): Our Awesome Ambassador is the smiling face of the Awesome Bites Company, representing what makes us so awesome!
The bake & ice cream shop associate will give friendly, attentive service to our customers, prepare orders, be knowledgeable on our products and Awesome Bites’ mission.
Duties of this position include:
• Provide awesome customer service timely, anticipate needs and clearly explain our products
• Operate equipment and serve products which include packaging baked goods, scooping and serving ice cream, and preparing drinks, adhere to our process and measurements
• Monitor product quality and freshness and make packaging
• Follow and comply with all established procedures and all state and local health codes
• Maintain highest standard of cleanliness and order in storefront
• Ensure opening and closing and shift change procedures are completed consistently
• Proper cash management and remain calm and efficient during high volume
• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes Awesome Bites’ culture, values and mission.

All retail positions require experience delivering great, friendly customer service, handling orders and register, ability to stand for long periods, repetitive physical activity, lifting 25-50 pounds, bending up and down.
SCHEDULE: WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY (12:30P - 7:30P) FRI & SATURDAY (2:30-9:30P) and SUN (11-6:30P) Part time and full time positions available.
