Customer Service Representative / Cashier will be responsible for : Taking and processing orders by phone, email, or our electronic order system. Interacting with customers at our walk-up window. Processing online & EDI orders. Preparing orders for the warehouse to fulfill. Confirming orders, and printing invoices daily. Communication is key with restaurant management , senior living facilities, dip shops, mobile vending customers & schools, etc., regarding sales trends and any issues throughout the transaction. Organizing and enthusiastically distributing marketing materials to our customers. Maintaining steady communication with our routing manager regarding deliveries throughout the day.
This representative will have a friendly, compelling nature that noticeably improves the vibe of each atmosphere they enter.
