Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education and learning.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
- Communicate effectively with children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth through play-based learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
