Job Description
Awesung & Bloomsung Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for outbound sales expansion. This role primarily involves reaching potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to establish relationships. The company will provide 90% of the sales leads, allowing candidates to focus on sales follow-ups without the need for extensive self-sourcing. This position is ideal for proactive, communicative, and goal-oriented candidates. Prior experience in Inside Sales or B2B e-commerce sales is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify potential customers.
- Qualify and follow up on potential leads, scheduling sales meetings.
- Maintain CRM records, accurately documenting customer interactions and optimizing the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- English proficiency Professional fluency in English written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible; not a strict requirement).
- 1 years of SDR/BDR/Sales-related experience (not mandatory but highly preferred).
- Experience in Inside Sales or B2B e-commerce sales is a plus.
- Proactive, resilient, and highly motivated to learn and take on challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Analytical mindset to identify potential business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
- Proficiency in email, Excel, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to be evaluated based on performance metrics and committed to long-term career growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- $40K-$60k/ year (based on location and experience) and OTE $52k-$84k/ year.
