As the Policy Sales Operations Manager within AWL’s Insurance Agency division, you will play a key role in optimizing sales operations for our policy sales teams. The AWL Insurance Agency (AWLIA) is a technology driven insurance distribution platform. InsuranceQuotes.com fuels our customer acquisition marketing platform, where tens of thousands of consumers per month get introduced to our incredible team of 300 licensed agents to complete their insurance shopping journey.
You will oversee processes and strategies designed to enhance team performance, strengthen partnerships, and support business objectives. This role demands expertise in insurance agency operations, particularly in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, combined with operational acumen and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain key performance metrics to track and improve team performance.
- Develop and optimize workflows, sales scripts, and lead profiles to align with P&C insurance best practices.
- Collaborate with Technology and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership:
- Provide strategic support for hiring, onboarding, and training Policy Sales Agents, ensuring readiness for P&C-focused operations.
- Lead the setup and launch of new PSaaS teams, ensuring operational readiness.
Partnership and Campaign Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with agency and carrier partners, emphasizing P&C insurance opportunities.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and product collateral to maximize consumer engagement and policy conversion.
Revenue and Performance Insights:
- Deliver accurate commission and revenue reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Utilize analytics to support sales managers in improving productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance agency operations, with a strong emphasis on P&C insurance.
- Demonstrated success in a sales operations or leadership role.
