About the Role:
We are a two-generation, family owned company seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to lead the social media strategy for five of our unique brands. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest while proactively planning campaigns, organic growth strategies, and reporting on performance.
You will be responsible for content creation, social media management, and performance analysis—ensuring each brand’s online presence is strong, cohesive, and aligned with marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for five unique brands, incorporating organic growth and planned campaign strategies.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging posts.
- Design and edit photo, video, and graphic content tailored for each platform.
- Produce high-quality reels, stories, and video content to boost engagement.
- Schedule, monitor, and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaigns.
On-Camera & Community Engagement
- Step in front of the camera or guide the action from behind the scenes to create engaging, personality-driven social media content to bring authenticity and energy to every piece.
- When appropriate, foster strong audience connections through compelling storytelling and a dynamic on-screen presence.
- Monitor and engage with followers across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages to build relationships and drive brand loyalty.
- Stay on top of trends and incorporate trending sounds, formats, and challenges into content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (preferably in a multi-brand setting).
- Strong proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite).
- Understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for engagement.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and CTAs leveraging AI.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive social media strategy.
- General Knowledge of paid social advertising (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills
