Job Description
- Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Communicate and interact with customers as well as internal team members to ensure proper order status, delivery arrangements, and service
- Receive any incoming customer service calls
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls and scheduling tickets for jobs
- Add new customer jobs and tickets to the computer system (TCR)
- Conduct job service checks for jobs that have been out for 30 days or more
- Complete a final edit of each job ensuring the ticket has all the required information for billing
- Interact and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels of employees, management, vendors, customers, and external partners
- Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned
Qualifications
The hiring range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00 p / hr. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
