Job Description
High Volume Recruiting
- Interviewing 10 - 20 candidates per day
- Source candidates using a variety of methods
- Build and manage candidate and leadership relationships
- Create and execute strategy to meet hiring demands
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years high volume recruitment experience or related experience
- Some college preferred
- Ability to sustain high energy level
