Job Description
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM) certification preferred
- Superior collaboration, coaching and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated skills/competencies in critical thought process and systems thinking analysis/problem solving, planning and decision-making
- Understanding of employment law and diversity/EEOC compliance and promotion.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written
- The ability to build strong relationships and establish strong interpersonal connections at all levels of the organization
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- To be an enthusiastic, performance-driven individual who will pursue excellence in translating the employer brand passion, vision/mission of the organization into operational, quantitative Human Resources plans, goals, and schedules for improvement
- Demonstrates integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when managing sensitive employee information
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands with minimal supervision
- Strong PC skills with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
- Effectively communicate with other team members and hiring managers about facility specifics, hiring plans, and goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 Years HR Generalist Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Certification in HR, business-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Must adapt easily to changing priorities, function well in a fast-paced environment, and handle a high degree of confidential information.
- Analysis, critical thinking and investigation skills
- Experience with emphasis on employee relations, coaching and training activities.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to meet deadlines
