Our client is an established and growing manufacturing and services company in Flowery Branch. We are conducting a confidential search for a Sr. HRG.. This is a 5 days-in-the-office role, supporting an employee base of 200. This is an individual-contributor job on an HR team of 3. UKG experience a plus.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities .Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Hands on experience with HRIS or HRMS and HRIS tech support
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Preferred Experience:
Experience with UKG HRIS
Preferred Education:
BS Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
