Solar Monitoring System Maintenance Specialist Job Summary:
AWS Truepower is seeking a skilled Solar Monitoring System Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of a solar monitoring system (SMS) near Union City, PA, ensuring consistent and accurate data collection from the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly maintenance visits to ensure consistent and accurate data collection from the system.
- Uphold the highest level of communication as the first point of contact for equipment in the field.
- Ensure all equipment is level & clean on a weekly basis.
- Provide troubleshooting and repair services for low-medium complexity issues.
- Confirm the system is secure and hasn't been tampered with.
Qualifications:
No solar experience is required, as training will be provided remotely via phone and video. The successful candidate must be able to take instruction remotely throughout the length of the contract term. A 4WD vehicle is highly preferred for travel to and from the remote SMS location. Additionally, the candidate must own or have access to a gas or battery-operated weedwhacker for occasional grass management, with additional compensation provided.
