Axalta is searching for a Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A Reporting to join our team in the Philadelphia Navy yard!
The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A Reporting, will be responsible for aspects of management reporting, cost control and financial planning, forecasting and analysis for Axalta Coatings Systems' enterprise results. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
In this role you will :
- Lead and streamline enterprise consolidated reporting processes, systems, and tools.
- Build and track KPIs for the Executive Committee.
- Review and analyze Axalta financials, understanding key business drivers.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly variances compared to budget, forecasts, and prior year.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range view of corporate costs.
- Prepare and support ad hoc management requests.
- Drive dashboarding and automation to support internal and external reviews.
- Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.
- Support talent development and mentor analysts across FP&A team.
