Responsibilities:
- Follow all site Safety Policies and Administrative Guidelines.
- Work in an automotive paint color laboratory.
- Develop paint color formulas primarily matching car color standards and automotive parts.
- Use advanced computerized color matching system, as well as visual color skills.
- Proficient in AxCS following Best Practices.
- Weigh and mix paint, spray color panels, and then adjust formulas by spectrophotometer and software. Repeat the process.
- Enter color information into computer color database.
- Maintain color lab facility.
Qualifications:
- High school or similar professional level background.
- 1-3 years related working experience, familiar with coating, coating lab experience is a plus.
- Color formulation related experience is a plus.
- Strong equipment operation ability and simple maintenance ability.
- Team player, open minded, with strong communication ability.
- Willing to learn and have good adaptability.
- Sharing of key learnings and knowledge within team.
