Description :
Working Title : Administrative Officer
Location : onsite Mission Bay
Schedule : M-F 0830-1700
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
1-3 years of related experience
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing.
Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team, ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of constituents.
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, email.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks; ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned duties; ability to work well under pressure; ability to maintain a service-oriented approach
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
