Working Title : Contracts Specialist
Schedule : M-F 0800-1700
Location : Flexible, a Combination of in-person and on-site (UCSF Mission Bay campus) work. This associate must located in the San Francisco / Bay Area.
Recent experience working in an academic or research setting, working with research contracts, grants, and sponsored projects.
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of contracts and grants, from initiation and negotiation through to execution and closeout.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with researchers, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and agreements with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
