The Contracts Specialist manages all aspects of the administration of all By the Bay Health contracts. They will collaborate with staff and teams from other departments (i.e. HR, Finance & Provider Relations) to ensure positive working relationships with all agency providers/vendors and those who contract with BTBH for services.
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain an up-to-date contracted provider database complete with annual review calendar
- Maintain soft copy versions of all boilerplate contracts
- Maintain hard copy contract files in good working order
- Coordinate all internal requests for contract documentation
- Ensure contract requirements are consistently enforced
- Develop and maintain a familiarity with The Joint Commission standards and Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoP)
Education/Experience:
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educations and experience
Pay Range:
$70K - $100K.00 annually
