Document Control Specialist II

Location : Remote, but candidates must reside in Holland, CO, or Pittsburgh, PA, due to potential onsite visits.
Note : While Saturday work is rarely required, candidates must have availability on Saturdays as needed.
Requirements : Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to assist with document control tasks, including organizing, naming, and transmitting engineering documents. You'll use software to meet customer documentation needs and handle requests for transmittal and communication. Reporting to the Document Control Supervisor, you'll collaborate closely with the project team, so strong communication skills are essential.
Required
Candid and timely communication
Intermediate proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
Some experience in SharePoint development, creating job aids, and Power Bi
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational skills
Problem-solving skills
Professional communication skills emails, phone calls, IMs
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Ability to regularly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Not required, but helpful to have
Experience with Synergis Adept
Experience using SAP
Experience with Vault Pro
Core Responsibilities and Tasks
Transmit project documents and official communications to and from customers
Keep records of official communications to and from customers
Organize and maintain project documents electronically
Track completion and status of documents
Communicate with
- project team members and customers
Implement document naming system
Review documents and computer data closely for errors in titles, revision
numbers, dates, and formatting
Upload and edit documents using relevant computer programs
