Location : Sunrise, FL
Shift : Mon-Fri 7am -3 : 30PM
Job Description :
Under close supervision, responsible for the movement and supply of materials with the manufacturing 0rganization. Performs basic movement of materials as well as loading, unloading, dispatch, replenishment and cycle count activities.
Core essential skill sets candidates must have to be considered for the role :
1. Previous warehouse Pharmaceutical experience.
2. Forklift driving experience.
3. Worked with SAP before.
4. Detail Oriented.
5. Flexible schedule.
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
Responsible for checking on replacement of components.
Responsible for shipping and receiving and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Responsible for coordinating and dispatching components to various departments.
Responsible for stacking and wrapping pharmacy kits.
Collecting documents and samples from various departments.
Responsible for inspecting company vehicle to ensure optimal working condition.
Responsible for maintaining inventory integrity in SAP.
Responsible to collect and put away recycles, cycle counts and inventory.
Troubleshoots issues in Pharmacy and Packaging as they arise.
Responsible for transporting material equipment and control substances to various sites using company vehicle.
Uses various types of material handling equipment, such as fork lift, pallet jack and order pickers to process daily tasks.
Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s) and Batch Record instructions.
Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned.
Education / Certification / Experience :
Require high school diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years of experience working in manufacturing environment preferably in a pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or food industry or an equivalent of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Incumbent in this class are subjected to extended period of sitting, standing, walking, pushing and pulling, stooping and crouching, climbing and walking, twisting of upper body and neck, vision to monitor, lifting of equipment or material weighing of to 50 lbs. Contact with electrical equipment such as forklift on a daily basis. Must be able to withstand heights of 30 feet while travelling in a swing shift forklift. Contact with fluctuating changes in temperature several times a month. Hearing / listening along with verbal communication required on a daily basis.
