Job Overview:
Axesspointe Community Health Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, including cleaning buildings, performing small repairs, and meeting with contractors as required.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain buildings as assigned
- Perform small maintenance repairs as needed
- Meet with contractors at buildings as required
- Report any unusual activity to the director immediately
- Comply with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in like position preferred
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability if applicable
- Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal background check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation and FBI)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; talk; and hear
- Occasionally required to sit
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
