Position Summary
This position is responsible for the general upkeep, repair and maintenance of the facility, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and safely. The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing faults, and implementing preventative maintenance procedures to reduce equipment downtime and extend the life of company assets.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other systems.
- Demonstrate strong competence in HVAC systems to ensure efficient building operations, maintain optimal performance, and guarantee a comfortable environment for artifacts, guests and employees.
- Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) throughout the day, controlling air handling units, exhaust fans, thermostats, VAV boxes, kitchen hoods, boilers, chillers, cooling units, hot water heaters, pumps, osmosis systems, humidifiers, and A/C units for IT rooms.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the daily maintenance activities to assure efficient operation of the facility and campus.
- Perform event support tasking for all Hall of Fame events throughout the year, including Hall of Fame Weekend. Work closely with the Operations Team to coordinate power, water, and other requirements for each event.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, materials and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks and keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders and inspections.
- Respond to after-hours and weekend callouts addressing urgent maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, and facility-related emergencies.

- Significant experience in building maintenance.
- Experience working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate a forklift and drive a truck and trailer.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move safety equipment and tools.
- Ability to use a computer.
Schedule and Benefit Highlights
