Job Description:
This is a part-time opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including cleaning buildings, performing small repairs, and meeting with contractors as required.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain buildings as assigned
- Perform small maintenance repairs as needed
- Meet with contractors at buildings as required
- Report any unusual activity to the director immediately
- Comply with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in like position preferred
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability if applicable
- Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal background check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation and FBI)
