Overview
Axesspointe Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. As a Custodian Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our staff, patients, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of buildings, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing minor equipment issues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management to report any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Meet with contractors as needed to discuss building repairs and renovations.
- Report any unusual activity or security concerns to the director immediately.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability if applicable.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check through the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation and FBI.
