At Axia Women's Health, a leading provider of women's healthcare services, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team. As a PSR, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for patients at our Seven Hills Women's Health Centers. You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and performing registration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls, retrieves messages, and routes calls as needed.
- Greet patients/visitors, assist, and direct them accordingly.
- Explain financial requirements to patients, collect and record copays, and perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
- Schedule patient appointments per guidelines given and finalize patient schedules for the previous day.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all patients and adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance.
