Job Description

• Lead Product Development: As Director of Product Management, you will manage the full lifecycle of Axiado TCU products, from concept to end-of-life (EOL)
• Shape Market Strategy: You'll develop strategic roadmaps, go-to-market plans, customer facing presentations, writing blogs, presenting at conferences, presenting to customers to create sales and ensure maximum visibility for our switch products in the market
• Demonstration of strategic and tactical thinking and execution
• High proficiency in full software development cycle, from requirements, prototyping, implementation, testing and delivery to customers
• Experience in bringing clarity, aligning expectations, with excellent cross organizational communication
• Influence Growth and Innovation: Your leadership will drive key decisions to maximize market share, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee products through the entire lifecycle, ensuring successful product launches and market positioning
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends and business needs to develop tactics that position Axados products for maximum impact
• Customer Collaboration: Work with customers to refine product specifications and ensure product features align with their expectations and business needs
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead research and analysis to develop platform strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of product roadmaps
• Voice of the Customer: Represent the needs of customers and the field in product planning, identifying key requirements and emerging trends in datacenter deployment
• In a nut shell, we are looking lead for driving 1. product management, 2. product marketing, 3. marketing communications 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
• Master’s in Engineering or Business is highly preferable
• Experience: 15 years of extensive product leadership, planning, and people management experience
• 5 years in customer-facing roles
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of server products, their architecture, and the product roadmap
• Business Acumen: Ability to build compelling business cases, develop effective presentations, and measure success
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal teams

• Salary Range - $220,000 - $250,000
• The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role
• In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs
