Adoption Services / OCM Manager (Years of Experience: 7 years)
Partner with the AS / OCM Lead to define and execute the overall change management strategy and plan aligned with project objectives.
Work with AS / OCM Lead, Oracle Change Leads, and Customer Business SMEs to conduct Change Impact Assessments and identify changes and how those changes will affect people, processes, technology, and data.
Conduct stakeholder assessments to identify key audiences and their level of influence, interest, and impact.
Partner with AS / OCM Change Leads and Customer Business SMEs to develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to build awareness, alignment, and support for the CCS/OFS project.
Partner with the AS / OCM Lead to define and execute the Communications Strategy and Communications Plan that outlines key messages, timing, and channels.
Partner with the AS / OCM Lead to define the People & Organizational Readiness Strategy and then partner with the AS / OCM Change Leads and Customer Business SMEs to conduct organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation plans as needed.
Collaborate with Functional / Technical teams to define learning needs and develop the learning strategy.
Partner with the AS / OCM Lead to define the Change Network Strategy and then help onboard Change Agents and execute monthly Change Network meetings.
Serve as a point of contact for feedback, questions, and concerns from Oracle Change Leads and Customer Business SMEs.
Requirements
Utilities Organizational Change Management OCM experience. CC&B or CCS would be beneficial.
