Axient is currently seeking a Training Developer to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
What you will do...
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Develops detailed systems architecture which combines subsystems into one integrated solution that meets the needs of each of the three Baltic Nations based on USEUCOM Interoperability requirements.
- Responsible for the development of US, NATO and security partner training, including operator, maintainer and leader training. Develops US standard and releasable training support packages, lesson plans, and programs of instruction. In-Country representative focusing on integration efforts between command and control systems, radars, and electronic warfare systems for the Baltic nations.
- Responsible for providing detailed systems, ancillary equipment, and installation lists for original equipment manufacturers which enable pricing/purchasing subsystems from different contracted vendors, assessing information technology (IT) system requirements, creating an integration plan or solution, and building a personalized architecture.
- Responsible for coordinating training development with FCOE, NATO, US Forces Europe, and the countries while aligning all aspects of contracting, procurement, production, delivery, testing, and new equipment training schedules for the duration of the building partner capacity project.

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
- Deployment required and required travel up to 65%
- Must be able to meet deployment requirements.
- Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
- Bachelor's minimum, master's preferred.
- 10 yrs experience minimum.
- Secret Clearance minimum, TS preferred..
- International experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated knowledge of TRADOC training development, including Programs of Instruction and Training Support Packages.
