What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Axillon Aerospace, Inc.?
The Building Maintenance Crew will be responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining all buildings at the Rockmart location in good condition.
Required Skills
Removing any/all cobwebs from floor to ceiling – may be required to clean high areas when a mobile scaffold is required.
- Deep cleaning of all inside and outside areas. These areas include but are not limited to: windows, floors, and walls in restrooms, break rooms, meeting rooms, and offices.
- Pressure washing
- Following all safety policies and procedures
Immediately reporting to supervisor of major repairs/issues
- Must pass and maintain credentials requiring use of mobile scaffold
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Experience
- Must be able to work different shifts as assigned based off of business needs with one week notice.
- Must be able to achieve and maintain certification to operate mobile scaffolding and forklift
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
- Will require constant standing, walking, bending, crawling, stooping, grasping, lifting, overhead work, up to 8 hours per day, depending on schedule.
