Project Integrator

Position Overview:

As an AI Project Integrator, you will be responsible for facilitating the integration of AI technologies into our projects, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements, design integration strategies, and execute them effectively. Your role will ensure that AI systems deliver on their intended outcomes and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination:

·         Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to AI system integration.

·         Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to align AI solutions with project goals.

·         Track progress and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of integrations.

AI System Integration:

·         Lead the integration of AI models, algorithms, and tools into larger systems or products.

·         Ensure smooth operation of AI technologies within the overall tech ecosystem and workflows.

·         Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve integration challenges in AI deployments.

Technical Leadership:

·         Provide technical expertise in AI architectures and integration techniques.

·         Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with other team members to resolve them.

·         Maintain and document integration processes, guidelines, and best practices for AI systems.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

·         Ensure the reliability and performance of integrated AI systems through rigorous testing and validation.

·         Develop and implement testing strategies to verify AI models' accuracy and efficiency post-integration.

·         Address any issues related to AI model performance, ensuring that integration efforts meet company standards.

Continuous Improvement:

·         Monitor AI integrations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

·         Stay current on the latest AI technologies and trends to incorporate the most effective methods into integration strategies.

·         Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s in related field or equivalent experience.

12 years of experience with 5 years IT strategic consulting.

Agile Scrum Professional, PMP or equivalent experience

Skills & Competencies:

·         Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

·         Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C .

·         Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and APIs.

·         Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP) used for AI/ML deployment.

·         Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams.

·         Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

·         Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for AI and technology.
