Are you passionate about employee development and eager to gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development? We're looking for a Part-Time (20 hrs/week) L&D Administrator to support our training initiatives, assist with content creation, and help drive meaningful learning experiences across the organization.
The duration of this role would be from March to June 2025, with working hours being twice a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and an additional 4 hours to make up 20 hrs/week - there is the possibility of an extension of the duration of the contract.
This role will be based on-site at our head office in Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in Program Development: Collaborate with the L&D Advisor to design training materials, e-learning modules, and presentations;
Coordinate Training Sessions: Support the scheduling, logistics organization, set up, and communication of workshops, and sessions;
Provide administrative support for our internal Scholarship Program: including tracking applications, coordinating communication with applicants, organizing documentation, and assisting with award processing;
Support our Professional Development Program: Supporting in tracking enrollment requests, managing program documentation and reimbursement submissions, and coordinating communications.

Skills and Experience
Education: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field;
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology; experience with platforms and tools like MS Office Suite;
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders;
Initiative: Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic.
