What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily on-site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors.
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Read blueprints and manage project schedules.
- Communicate updates and address challenges with project managers and clients.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
