General Position Description
The Front Desk Receptionist is the gatekeeper of Axiom. An FDR will set the tone for all members and guests coming to Axiom. They will be expected to know all policies, adhere to all policies and relay policy in a manner that represents Axiom in the best manner as well as helping the member/guest with their needs.
The Front Desk Attendant reports directly to the Member Service Lead and General Manager.
Duties
- Greeting and acknowledging all members and guests on their way in and out of the club.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the POS system.
- Responsible for answering multi-line phone systems.
- Have a thorough understanding of overall club systems and operations
- Generates personal sales for retail, drinks and Fuel Center.
- Have a thorough understanding of all Axiom products and services.
- Ensures the front desk and lobby are immaculate at all times.
- Overall duties will be performed with professional and ethical intentions.
- Performs Closing Duties at the end of shift.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
