Your deep understanding of business processes and requirements will play a crucial role in the success of our Pega-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a PEGA Business Architect, with a solid understanding of both the Pega Servicing Platform and Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform.
- Experience in leading business teams in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of business process management (BPM) principles and experience applying them within the Pega environment.
- Expertise in creating BRDs, Functional Specs, User Stories, and other key documentation artifacts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging Pega’s Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) for efficient requirements gathering and solution development.
