What are the responsibilities and job description for the PEGA Business Lead / Architect position at Ztek Consulting?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business discussions to understand requirements and align them with PEGA Servicing Platform and CDH capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and define the best approach to implement solutions using PEGA software and Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) methodologies.
- Guide the business team in gathering requirements and transforming them into clear, structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated into system configurations and workflows.
- Drive process improvements and ensure optimal use of PEGA capabilities to enhance business efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a PEGA Business Architect, with expertise in PEGA Servicing Platform and CDH.
- Strong ability to lead business discussions and define implementation strategies.
- Hands-on experience in DCO and requirements gathering techniques.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs, Functional Specs, and User Stories.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
