About the Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development (50%) Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using AMPScript, SSJS, and other SFMC tools. Build custom integrations between SFMC and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Manage the SFMC core platform, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical challenges. Develop and maintain email campaigns, automation, and other marketing solutions using SFMC features. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SFMC solutions to ensure performance and accuracy. Business Analysis & Collaboration (50%) Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for SFMC solutions. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, including automation workflows, customer journeys, and reporting. Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness. Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, user stories, and workflows.
