Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA.

Our client is an insurance company that has been providing coverage for over 40 years, is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, and is a regional insurance provider operating in the northeastern United States. It offers a range of personal and commercial insurance products, including auto, homeowners, renters, and umbrella policies. They are primarily known for their customer service and flexible coverage options, including features like accident forgiveness, new car replacement, and customizable deductibles. The company offers numerous discounts, such as bundling, good student, anti-theft, and safe driver discounts, aiming to make coverage more affordable.

You will design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud in this role. You will work closely with the team to align priorities, understand business requirements, and execute strategies for digital communication across various mediums.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, including implementation, administration, data architecture, and automation.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Certified Marketing Cloud Developer is preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital communication best practices, A/B testing, and marketing automation strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and data manipulation for segmentation and reporting.
  • Strong practical knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
  • Experience working with Mobile Studio for SMS/push and Web Studio (cloud pages) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support multi-channel campaigns and solutions.
  • Implement marketing automation rules and triggers to personalize customer interactions.
  • Develop dynamic content and personalized messaging for improved customer engagement.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data imports, cleansing, and segmentation.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems to facilitate data synchronization, leveraging API’s and SFTP file drops.
  • Create and manage customer segments and data extensions for targeted messaging.
  • Conduct A/B tests to measure effectiveness and continually optimize content, subject lines, and send times using Einstein and other tools.
  • Analyze communication performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with digital communication regulations, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them within the organization.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
