POSITION : Quality Engineer Product Testing & Compliance

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :

As a Quality Engineer , you will play a critical role in maintaining product standards, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include :

Quality Assurance & Control :

Design and implement sampling procedures for testing and evaluating products, materials, and processes.

Establish programs to assess precision and accuracy of production equipment and analytical tools.

Develop quality standards and maintain compliance with IATF and AAIG core tools .

Product Evaluation & Testing :

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure product compliance.

Direct workers engaged in measuring, testing, and tabulating data for product integrity.

Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.

Process Improvement & Compliance :

Specialize in areas such as design, incoming material inspection, process control, and product evaluation .

Ensure adherence to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) requirements.

Utilize MiniTab software for data analysis and quality assessments.

Training & Mentorship :

Develop training materials and conduct quality control workshops to improve process efficiency.

Provide mentorship and leadership in quality assurance best practices.

ARE YOU A QUALITY ENGINEERING ROCK STAR?

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality assurance .

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

57 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or product testing.

Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA .

Experience with IATF standards and AAIG core tools .

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and reports .

Proficiency in MiniTab software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries .

Hands-on experience with automated testing and metrology .

Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
