HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a Sales & Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. Your key responsibilities include:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to build and expand the client base.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update the CRM with accurate client interactions and deal progress.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators and support teams to ensure seamless client transitions.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Performance Metrics:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales conversions, revenue targets, and pipeline health.
  • Utilize data insights to refine sales strategies and optimize business development efforts.


ARE YOU A SALES & NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROCK STAR?

The ideal candidate brings strong sales acumen, business development expertise, and a passion for driving client success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Website sales experience
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and lead generation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology industry, including web design, IT services, digital marketing, or software development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities.
