ARE YOU A SALESFORCE APPLICATIONS DELIVERY EXPERT?
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
8 years of proven management experience in Salesforce implementation delivery, including ERP, CRM, COTS, custom, and SaaS technologies.
Experience in Salesforce Field Service
Skills & Expertise :
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and IT service delivery frameworks (ITIL preferred).
Project management expertise with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Exceptional leadership skills, including mentoring and managing diverse technical teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and executives.
Additional Knowledge :
Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards.
Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and trends.
