We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Job Description :
Decommissioning Meraki devices hardware , which resided in HQ MDF
Mounting new Meraki , hardware, in the MDF and connect them to the network in data centre.
Vendor access to MDF and guidance
Adding, removing and replacing hardware in the systems, like (Meraki Devcices, ethernet cable, Fiber cable, Fiber PFS, power supply, etc.)
Troubleshooting Meraki devices which needs physical presence.
Inspecting hardware in the MDF and IDF, sometime monitoring tools my miss or was not configured.
Wirining and other physical checks as required
Support any power outage - planned and unplanned
Badge/Card readers & Access Camera torubleshooting Physical restart required
All Inventory Managgement of Meraki Devices in HQ
Meraki devices disptach to other spoke location from HQ (Including Project tasks)
Test Lab readiness
