Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess the client’s current M365 setup and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide consultative insights on optimization opportunities, such as license management and cost savings.
- Demonstrate expertise in all M365 products, including Power Platform, Copilot, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Support clients in enhancing their Power Platform transformation journey.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement M365 solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on M365 best practices.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented M365 solutions, providing ongoing support and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest M365 developments, features, and industry trends.
Experience in a similar role
- 4 years of relevant experience.
