Axios Professional Recruitment is excited to partner with a client in Grand Rapids to find a temporary Front Office Concierge to support day-to-day operations. This role is fully onsite and will be essential in keeping the office running smoothly in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is upbeat, detail-oriented, and thrives in an environment where every day may look a little different. The ideal start date for this position is May 15 to allow for training and transition.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk: answer phones, greet guests, and maintain a welcoming lobby.
- Manage conference room scheduling and assist with internal meeting/event coordination.
- Maintain and order office supplies as needed.
- Operate within Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel); training will be provided on the company CRM.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Maintain a positive and flexible attitude, comfortable with occasional interruptions and multitasking.
- Energetic, friendly, and approachable.
- Highly organized and comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
- Confident with basic technology and willing to learn new systems.
- A true team player with a “go with the flow” mentality.
