Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our clients team. This role is pivotal in managing recruiting efforts and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods—including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach—to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
- Continuously refine recruitment strategies, enhance workflows, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (KPIs) to assess and improve hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and job requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
