Technical Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in product selection, installation, and troubleshooting – provide technical expertise for Basler product applications
• Support sales teams and territories – ensure sales plans are supported with necessary technical resources
• Travel to customer sites – evaluate customer needs and product potential
• Present products at conferences and trade shows – assist in promotional activities and product demonstrations
• Communicate with marketing and product teams – offer market feedback for product improvement and development

Technical Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:
To be considered for the Technical Sales Support Specialist position, applicants should:

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology preferred
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills with experience in troubleshooting and product support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Minimum of one year of experience with Basler products preferred
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories
