Job Description

Axis is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales to manage our team of Inside Sales Account Managers, to promote and aid the sale of Axis Communications products and solutions within the Northeast Business Area.

This is an in-person role, and the ideal candidate will be located within reasonable driving distance to our office in Chelmsford, MA.

What you will do

The Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for reaching sales goals by managing, coaching, recruiting and developing members of the local Inside Sales team within the Business Area.

• Define, develop and execute Business Area inside sales strategies, processes, and operations to support them.
• Coaching / mentoring team members on sales best practices, and to maintain high quality, customer-focused standards.
• Provide support for both internal and external Axis customers and act as an internal escalation point for the local Inside Sales team.
• Manage and oversee day to day activities of the local inside sales team :

Maintain focus on current processes and initiatives, and implementation of change

Target Salary

95,000 - $115,000 Total Target Compensation (based on education, experience, and location).
