Your future team
Our ServiceNow Team is a part of the Collaboration Platforms unit within the Information Systems Department. We are on an exciting journey to elevate our ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of Axis Communications. As a highly collaborative and agile team, we partner closely with all departments to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, automate workflows, and optimize service delivery across the company. We are responsible for maintaining and evolving the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on enhancing operational workflows and improving user experience. The team works in a forward-thinking, innovative environment, giving you the opportunity to influence the future of service delivery within our organization.

Your role as a ServiceNow Developer
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will work on system architecture, developing custom applications, automating processes, and integrating the platform with other business systems. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are integral to this role, as you will help drive the platform's evolution to ensure it remains scalable, secure, and aligned with Axis’ long-term strategy. In addition, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our ServiceNow implementation meets the highest standards of performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CSM, and custom applications.
• Architect and implement workflows, automation, and integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the security, performance, and availability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvements.

Who are we looking for
We are seeking a skilled developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You should have solid experience with the ServiceNow platform and a passion for improving business processes through automation and innovation. Your solutions will need to meet high standards of scalability, security, and performance.

We’d love to hear that you have:

• A university degree in computer science, systems science, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, or other modules.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies used in ServiceNow development.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and ITOM modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and integrations with third-party systems.
