Sales Development Representative – French Bilingual

Job Description

Axis Communications is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative - Bilingual in French and English to join our team in Chelmsford, MA and support our sales and marketing teams in Canada. In this role, you will engage with prospects to convey the value of Axis solutions, playing a key role to identify, prospect, qualify, and recruit leads in order to drive more business.

What you’ll do here as Sales Development Representative - Bilingual in French and English?

• Engage with inbound leads via phone and email to introduce our products/services, build relationships, and qualify those leads for our field sales organization

• Proactively research, identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers through various channels, such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and company databases

• Drive registration for Academy training classes through phone calls, emails, social outreach, etc.

• Accurately update Salesforce records, track interactions, and maintain pipeline visibility

• Work closely with field sales staff to ensure seamless handoffs and provide feedback on lead quality

• Team player who can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners

• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

• Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies, products, and processes

• Organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple challenging tasks at once

• Innate curiosity with the desire to understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technologies.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related area

• 0-2 years in sales or marketing position

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred, but not required

• Bilingual in French and English

Physical Demands and Travel:

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is $55-60K OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
