Position Overview:
- The position requires intensive initial training and mentorship, involving significant time with experienced team members to gain insights into Axis’s processes, client base, and sales methodology.
- Regular performance reviews will be conducted throughout the first year to ensure progress and success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop sales leads using existing client lists, industry data, and online databases.
- Apply Axis’s proven sales methodology to identify potential clients, assess their challenges, and determine appropriate solutions.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings between clients and the applications team to define project requirements.
- Assist in defining project specifications in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding prospects through the Axis sales process.
- Utilize Zoho CRM to manage sales activities, track leads, and maintain customer relationships.
Position Requirements:
- A proven and verifiable sales track record with strong references.
- 5 years of industry experience in capital equipment sales.
- Strong listening and communication skills to effectively understand and address client needs.
- Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred) for sales management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant sales or industry certifications are a plus.
