Job Summary: The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the ISP department. This role ensures efficient processes, excellent customer service, and compliance with company standards. The Assistant Operations Manager also plays a key role in managing the operational budget and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations. This involves scheduling, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with team members to resolve problems.
- Elevate and train lead techs to be effect and efficient towards goal of supervisor
- Consistently follow up on process improvements applications to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Assist in ensuring that customer inquiries/emails and issues are handled effectively and promptly
- Assist in the execution of ISP projects, such as a new customer/service rollout, or system implementations. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Assist in Preparing reports on ISP personal performance, key metrics, and other relevant data for management review
- Assist in monitoring budgets for operational activities, including tracking expenses and ensuring that resources are used efficiently and team members adherence to company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve company goals, such as expanding service areas or improving service quality.
- Assist in managing and responding to operational crisis or emergencies.
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations management
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Office environment with travel to different sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
